The focus on the body can be very therapeutic for physical imbalances. The focus on the breath helps strengthen the nervous system. With so much focusing going on, focus gets better, too.
Students are instructed individually in a group setting. This manner of teaching is often called “Mysore” style, named for the city in India in which it has been taught for over 100 years. Michael is a level 2 authorized teacher from the KPJ Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysore, India.
